AI-Supported Leadership Reflection

Unlike AI tools that provide answers, CPR Reflect helps leaders think more clearly through structured reflection and guided inquiry.

Helping leaders align Character, Purpose and Responsibility through structured reflection and guided inquiry.

A leadership development platform with AI support. Not an AI tool looking for a use case.

What is CPR Reflect

A structured reflection space for leaders navigating complexity, responsibility and transition.

CPR Reflect is an AI-supported leadership reflection platform grounded in the CPR Leadership Alignment Model. It poses thoughtful, open-ended questions to help you think more clearly about the situations you face. It does not provide advice, therapy or answers.

Reflectionnot Advice

Space to think carefully, not directions to follow.

Questionsnot Answers

Helping you ask better questions of yourself.

Discernmentnot Prescriptions

Supporting your own ethical reasoning.

Leadership Developmentnot Productivity

Depth of character, not speed of output.

The CPR Leadership Alignment Model

Three dimensions that must be present and coherent for leadership to be both effective and ethical.

C

Character

Who am I becoming?

The inner constitution of a leader. Values, integrity and self-awareness that determine how you lead when it is difficult.

P

Purpose

Why am I leading?

The directional clarity that transforms activity into meaningful contribution and sustains leadership through complexity.

R

Responsibility

How should I exercise influence and stewardship?

The ethical outworking of character and purpose. Accountability, stewardship and care for those within your sphere of influence.

When all three are aligned, a leader operates with clarity, credibility and the consistency that builds trust over time.

How It Works

A structured process, unhurried in pace.

01

Select a reflection pathway

Choose from modes including Decision Discernment, Ethical Dilemma, Leadership Transition or Weekly Review.

02

03

Explore insights through the CPR framework

He is the founder of Coaching For Collective Impact, the creator of the CPR Leadership Alignment Model and the creator of CPR Reflect. His interest in AI-supported tools is not new: earlier in his career, he founded a B2B SaaS venture exploring cognitive and machine-learning technologies for data-driven decision-making, accepted onto the IBM Global Entrepreneur Programme. That grounding in applied AI technology, combined with his coaching and leadership development background, shapes how CPR Reflect brings structured, technology-supported reflection together with human-centred coaching practice.
