About the founder
Lubos Lendvay, PCC
Founder, CPR Reflect · Creator, CPR Leadership Alignment Model
Lubos Lendvay is an ICF-credentialled Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with more than 25 years of experience across business, coaching, non-profit and faith-informed environments.
He is the founder of CPR Reflect and creator of the CPR Leadership Alignment Model, a framework centred on the alignment of Character, Purpose and Responsibility.
His interest in AI-supported tools is also grounded in earlier founder experience. He previously founded a B2B SaaS venture exploring cognitive and machine-learning technologies for data-driven decision-making, which was accepted onto the IBM Global Entrepreneur Programme.
That combination of coaching practice, leadership development and experience building technology products shapes CPR Reflect: an AI-supported reflection platform designed to help leaders think more carefully about complex decisions, without providing answers or advice.
CPR Reflect is currently in Alpha and is being refined through structured testing and feedback from coaches, business leaders and other users.

CPR Reflect is designed as a private space for reflection, but it is not an end-to-end encrypted or confidential records system.
Reflection content may be processed and stored by third-party technology and AI service providers that help operate CPR Reflect.
